Hypocrite

Casting his arrogant gaze
on the people he preaches,
spewing words in a righteous daze,
unaware of the improbable he teaches.

Giving an illusion
of a man so wise,
living in a hallucination
bloated with self-fed lies.

Advice he gives,
none he will follow;
still the fabrications he weaves,
an existence so hollow.
