How do you define something like this when you’ve spent ages believing and following the opposite? Unearthly, maybe because the connection was beyond the understanding of humans since they have been blindly following the ideas of forevers and true love.

How beautiful is it to feel an unearthly love, where there are no criteria of fulfilling each other’s desire, and texting each other every day, where everyone’s love language is different; unique, where people find comfort in each other’s presence and still do well when they’re not around because they’re individuals as well? A love where friendship comes first, where roasting each other 24/7 is a way of expressing immense care, where you can quarrel like crazy and yet end up being the best friends. This connection is what you call unearthly and sometimes strange since it doesn’t feel like a ‘typical’ relationship. A connection like this is something I’ll always admire because there’s a different level of peace with this person, with no labels like ‘couple’ or ‘relationship’ to define your bond. Just two people, finding their homes in each other amidst a chaotic world where people blindly follow the concept of LOVE without understanding what it really is.

A bond of souls, of two people finding their real selves underneath, where they discover a new version of themselves every day, where they do not need earthy labellings and rules to be happy because they’ve already found the best kind of peace. That’s what love means to me, something that is beyond any words I type because it’s not about definitions, only emotions.
